ORDER DETAILS CONFIGURATION OPTIONS
Travel Ninja is an independent online reservation service agency for hotel bookings. We partner with leading hospitality providers to offer a seamless and convenient way to book accommodations online.

RESERVATION POLICIES
Travel Ninja accepts reservations based on real-time availability. When instant confirmation is available, bookings are processed immediately. Otherwise, confirmation may take up to 24 hours.

Customers acknowledge that Travel Ninja provides booking services and is not responsible for the actual provision of hotel stays. The final price paid includes taxes, booking service fees, and any applicable processing charges.

MODIFICATION POLICIES
Modification terms depend on the hotel’s fare conditions. Some bookings allow changes, while others may be non-modifiable.

Standard modification policy: Unless specified otherwise, modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Customers must request changes at least 48 hours before check-in. Processing time for modifications is one business day.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
Cancellation terms depend on the selected rate. Flexible and standard fares may allow cancellation, while non-refundable fares do not.

Standard cancellation policy: Unless stated otherwise, we refund 80% of the total booking price for cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in. Our service fees are non-refundable.
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7 to 14 business days. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or refunded.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
Travel Ninja accepts payments through various secure methods. Additional verification may be required for fraud prevention.

All transactions comply with industry security standards, including Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2) encryption. Travel Ninja does not store credit card details.

CLAIMS
If you experience an issue with your booking, submit a claim in writing within 30 days of your check-in date. Claims will be assessed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will only be issued for failures directly caused by Travel Ninja. We are not responsible for service issues beyond our control.

LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Travel Ninja does not own or operate hotels or accommodations. We provide booking services, and our responsibility ends once your reservation is confirmed.

We are not liable for losses, damages, injuries, or disruptions due to force majeure events, such as natural disasters, strikes, or operational failures of hotels.

Customers assume responsibility for ensuring travel documents, including passports and visas, meet the destination’s entry requirements.

TRAVEL ADVISORIES
Clients are responsible for reviewing travel advisories from their home country before booking accommodations. Travel Ninja is not liable for any risks associated with travel to destinations under active travel warnings.
