Peak season (October–April) sees highest demand, with the Formula 1 Grand Prix weekend in November commanding extraordinary premiums — race weekend hotel rates can be 3–5x normal prices; book a year ahead if attending. UAE National Day weekend (December 2–3) also drives up demand. Summer (June–September) offers dramatic discounts of 40–60% at luxury properties — the Emirates Palace drops to genuinely accessible prices in August.
