Beyond impressed with the operations of this tour. Every private transport was on time, if not early, same with each guide. Every guide was amazing and full of both personality and knowledge. This tour blew my expectations out of the water. Extremely organized and seamless. No thought, frustration, or worry was required on my part. Sat back and relaxed as everything was coordinated. Having all of the hotel reservations and transfers made in advance was invaluable. I especially appreciated the quality of the private cars. They were a big upgrade from the average taxi. The smooth ride, large interiors, and reclining seats made those long drives incredibly comfortable and stress-free.

This was an amazing experience. Japan is such a wonderful country with beautiful scenery, amazing people and delicious food. Your itinerary let us experience different places while getting a sense of the culture in each area. From start to finish, this was a fantastic trip.

Great combination of experiences, and types of hotels. Everything went extremely well. Tour guides were amazing. Four totally different types of personalities, which we loved. Knowledgeable, insightful to adjust to us. We had 7 person tours and an individualized two person tour. Loved each of them.

I had a custom made itinerary for Venice, Florence and Rome. Our guides in each city were friendly and informative. All the hotels were centrally located to primary tourist attractions. The transportation between cities was prompt and well organized with needed details in the app and responsive customer service. I would definitely travel using Travel Ninja again.

Tour guides were exceptional and guides were a wealth of knowledge! We loved the small group (just the 2 of us). Tours were well organized and guides went above and beyond to show us extra attractions. Pick ups were always on time professional, friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. The train was convenient, clean, comfortable and easy to navigate. Hotels were fantastic-clean, great service, liked the rooms and workout spaces.

The trip flowed smoothly, with drivers and guides there when expected. The hotels were well located (walkable areas), clean, and comfortable. The guides were OUTSTANDING! Then, we lucked into some great weather in Ireland, which is not known for great weather.
